February 6 - 10, 2023 is National School Counseling Week. We are delighted to have our wonderful School Counselor, Mrs. Amy Beal, on the St. Clement Staff this year. Nationally,
nearly 120,000 school counselors provide students with academic, college/career and
social/emotional development. National School Counseling Week 2023, sponsored by the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), highlights the essential contribution of school counselors within U.S. school systems and the tremendous impact they have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career.
Our themes for the week are:
Mindful Monday - Mrs. Beal will teach students how to be mindful of how they treat others.
Follow Your Dreams Tuesday - Mrs. Beal will touch base with students to make sure they feel cozy and safe at school.
Workout Wednesday - Mrs. Beal will work with students on how to solve problems with no sweat!
Team Thursday - Mrs. Beal will work as a team with all St. Clement teachers to help build our students' futures.
Flashy Friday - Mrs. Beal will work with students to help them begin thinking about being college-bound and/or career-minded (even as elementary school students!)
