Attached is a copy of the after-school program flyer from Friars Club for the 2025-2026 school year. It is for 1st-6th grade.
They begin the first day of school on August 19 – May 21st.
Monday – Thursday 2:10-5:30pm
Friday 2:10-5:00pm
They provide a light snack, homework help and activities in our gym, learning center and outside when the weather permits.
Friars Club will pick up children from St. Clements and transport them to Friars Club daily.
Good Moring St. Clement Parents,
Field day will be held on Friday. We will be walking down to Ross Park and be there the entire school day. Activities will begin at 8:30 am. Lunch will be served between 11:15 am and 12:15. There will be an 8th grade vs teacher / parents volleyball game that will start about 12:40ish. At the end of the game 1:30ish students will start walking back to school and be released from St. Clement.
Things students will need for that day are: permissions slip signed and returned to their homeroom teacher, a water bottle, gym shoes, a shirt that is their class color, and also some sunscreen.
Class colors are as follows: Kindergarten will be white or tie dye, 1st grade will wear red, 2nd grade will be yellow, 3rd grade will be blue, 4th grade will be green, 5th grade will be pink, 6th grade will be orange, 7th grade will be purple, 8th grade will be black or their 8th grade shirts.
Lunch will be provided at the park: hot dogs, chips, macaroni salad, a cookie and water. If your student needs to pack a lunch they may but I suggest putting it in a bag that can be thrown away and nothing that needs to stay cold.

Just a reminder next Friday, May 23rd is field day. Kindergarten students should wear tie dye or white shirts, 1st graders should wear red shirts, 2nd graders should wear yellow shirts, 3rd graders should wear blue shirts, 4th graders should wear green shirts, 5th graders should wear pink shirts, 6th graders should wear should wear orange shirts, 7th graders should wear purple shirts, 8th graders should wear black shirts or their 8th grade shirts.

Good Morning 8th Grade Parents, field day is 2 weeks away (May 23rd). I would like to invite you to join the teacher team for the volleyball game against the 8th grade students. We have about 5 or 6 teachers that told me they would play. I think we could use some more people on our side. Teachers sometimes have to leave the game to take care of students so it would help us out to have extra people. If you are going to be down at field day please consider joining in the game.

Good Morning, I just wanted to send out more details for field day on May 23rd down at Ross Park. This year students will not receive field day shirts like they have in the past, however, each class will still be assigned a color for their class and students can wear any shirt in that class color.
Kindergarten - white or tie dye
1st grade - red
2nd grade - yellow
3rd grade - blue
4th grade - green
5th grade - pink
6th grade - orange
7th grade - purple
8th grade - black (8th grade shirts)
Later this week and the beginning of next week I will be sending home the permission slip for field day. Each student will need to have it filled out and return it to their homeroom teacher so that they may participate.
We still have 9 spots left to fill on the volunteer sheet. Remember you must be Safe Parish Certified to volunteer. If you would like to volunteer but are not Safe Parish Certified yet, there is still time. Please contact the school and we can help you out.
