Dear Parents, Due to changes in transportation times from Cincinnati Public Schools, our dismissal time has changed for the 2023-2024 school year. Our school day will run from 7:35 - 2:10pm. Please note, the change to the dismissal time. Doors will still open each morning at 7:00am!

Do you have any uniforms that no longer fit your child? Please donate to the TPC uniform exchange. Clothes can be dropped off in front of school Sunday August 13th 12-2pm or contact stclementtpc@gmail.com to make other arrangements. The uniform exchange will happen in the gym during Meet the Teacher on August 20th.

Parents, we have had a flood that has damaged the main office. We are still open daily, M-F, from 9:00am - 12:00pm, but we do ask your patience and grace in receiving service as we are working out of boxes and remote spaces. Restoration work is underway and will be completed over the next two weeks.

Happy summer everyone, This is just a reminder that every new student, kindergartener, and all first and seventh graders need proof of vaccine by the first week of school or they will not be permitted back in school until they are received. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer! St. Clement Parish needs our help. The Parish runs a booth (Mug Slide Game) at the St. Bernard German Luau which is scheduled for Friday, August 4th to Saturday, August 5th. We need parents (family members over 18 years of age) to help us make this booth successful!! Details are enclosed on the link! The St. Clement School Main Office will be CLOSED on Monday and Tuesday, July 17 and 18. We will reopen on Wednesday, July 18th at 9:00am. Summer Office Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am - noon.

In order to volunteer at St. Clement, all adults must be approved through SafeParish. For those already approved, you must login to your account and read and acknowledge the recent revisions to the Child Protection Decree. This must be completed by the end of July or your account will be suspended. Simply login to your account, click My Account, click the highlighted word Decree in the checkbox section and finally click on Acknowledge the Decree.

To celebrate the close of the 2022-2023 school year, the students are OUT OF UNIFORM TOMORROW, May 26th!

All lost and found items will be available on tables in the gym tomorrow after school for students/parents to peruse. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity. If your child is missing anything - spirit wear, coats, water bottles, etc. please check these tables tomorrow. They are probably there!

Final reminder...If your child has medication in the nurse's office, it must be picked up by 1:30pm tomorrow, Friday, May 26th. If it is not picked up, it will be discarded. Medication will not be sent home with students for any reason.

Anyone interested in ordering a Yearbook for this school year should have their order in by this Friday, May 26th. Please contact the main office with any questions.
