The 2023 St. Clement Walk-a-Thon was a huge success thanks to the generosity of our families and community members! We exceeded our goal of $25,000 raising a total of almost $26,000! As a result, the students will be rewarded for their efforts with a day off school on Monday, May 15th!
The top 10 students overall did an outstanding job of fundraising for our school. They each raised between $370 to a high of $1,542.50! Congratulations to our Top 10 Students: 10. C. Bennett, 9. R. We also had drawings for a wide variety of prizes donated by generous sponsors. Some of these prizes included F.C. Cincinnati, XU Men's Basketball and Cincinnati Reds tickets, as well as passes to Kings Island, the Cincinnati Museum Center and the Cincinnati Zoo. Prizes were won by: J. Morris, M. Philpot, G. Watts, M. Neeley, A. Whitehead, D. Morales Martinez, C. Jones, N. Davis, R. Kejo, C. Hudson and G. Lothian.
The impromptu dance party courtesy of Miss Curry and Miss Eva was impressive! Who knew our students had such sweet dance moves and are avid karaoke singers?! Special thanks to all our parent and grandparent volunteers today as well. We could not have fun events like the Walk-a-Thon without your help.
